The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. I was worried about getting one of those rooms with a ridiculously tiny bathroom with the shower over the toilet bowl, as mentioned in other reviews. But the bathroom in this room was big enough to have a toilet, sink + mirror, and shower. Small, but ok for one person. (By the way this is room 120.)

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, I was pleased with the room. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly (especially Mr. Francesco was very helpful and polite.) Overall, I recommend it.

Great budget accomodation close to sightseeing attractions and main railway station. Room had everything needed for a basic room. Friendly staff that were helpful and courteous. Plenty of food options nearby made this hotel ideal for eating out.

Considering the fact that the hotel is located near the bus station and a 30-minute walk from the main cultural attractions of Rome, and the low price, the hotel will suit those looking for a favorable price-quality ratio.

The hotel, near Termini station in Rome, was an excellent choice for budget accommodation for our stay in Rome. Transportation was easy to most attractions and the location was ideal even for walking.

close to access from termini, everything is around and was super nice, sadly did not have a room for my whole stay, but still enjoyed stay very much. Small room to crush, take a shower and keep your stuff, for this weather it was amazing cause my room was facing inside of the property, so no direct sunlight, since room was small it quickly cooled off. Staff was super nice and friendly, lady in the mornings, whom was serving a breakfast always suggested pastries she likes the most, so I could try it, she was nice and sweet, felt like a family member. You can leave your keys at reception if you going anywhere and pick them up even at the middle of the night, so it is a good option and safer since you won’t loose them. Overall had a pleasant stay, close to termini and no trouble at all 👌🏼

Breakfast was excellent, I had a double room just for me which was very clean. The staff were great and I must say this hotel is amazing value for money in a great area. I will definitely come back! :) It's also only a 5 minute (if not less) walk from Roma Termini train station, so you have access to national rail and metro services at your fingertips.

Price, Location, Safety, Friendly Staff, Room cleaned/serviced daily. Overall very happy with the experience for the cheap price.
